NOTE: I have designed this page to use the best graphics I could muster, which usually means that I have used PNG images. If you don't see the images, try getting a plug-in to handle PNG.

Yea, This is my turf... But who am I? What does my name mean? Why did I build this page?

Gosh, I don't even always know the answers to those questions. First I'll explain, my nick name, Moreese, is a name I got from some really old friends as they slurred my last name. If you think it came from somewhere, say maybe some place romantic, thanks, but your wrong. We're all wrong somewhere in our life though. Or we have all made our mistakes. But I bet I have made the most! he he, damn, I just made another...

Yes, I am a lonely single guy (if that's what I am even called). One of my mistakes in life was letting computers trap me at home. Can you believe I am 22 years old and have never dated? Hey, don't run away! What's there to be scared of. :) Okay, another mistake was thinking I could some how use the computer to date... It just isn't working. But ICQ does make life interesting. Some what fortunate for most people, I don't think long distance relationships work, so don't worry about me too much as long as your not in my local area. ;)

Moreese at 20 years (June '96)Moreese for HS Graduation (May '95)(One on left) I'm not bad looking am I? Okay, forget I even asked the question. (Really its just the worst photo I could have scanned)

The number of people that tell me I am good looking is starting to scare me :) so I'm going to try to get up a few more images that prove I'm not. :) Eh, well anyway, at least I don't know how people come to that conclusion from a picture that nearly doesn't resemble me.

Moreese before graduation (April '95)Okay, well, here are more pictures. Now the one on the right is of graduation in '95. The one on the left is of around my 20th birthday in '96. I do now have long hair. Its not real long, but longer than I had ever had hair in the past. The one that is inside right is of just before graduation. Some time I will have to get a more accurate picture of me though, I haven't had any reasons to get a picture taken in quite a while.

I also run part of a business. Check out our products some time. http://storefront.midlands.net/msftrncs - Morris Softronics

And now, for my personal interests: Actually I am thinking about not publishing my interests. When asked by some new friends why I don't talk much, I say "The more I talk, the more you'll hate me!"

I am really into Rush. Rush is that Canadian band that's been around since the end of the '60s. Simply put, the best site I have found so far is The National Midnight Star which has all sorts of fan material, including RealVideo's of complete videos. I really like "Driven" myself.

In this area, I will hide some of my writings. These writings may be how I express my opinions on government, life, or love.

Friendships and Relationships

MIDI's!!

I have composed some MIDI's so to say. They're NOT my composition, but rather these are my versions as copied from sheet music or another older computer. I enjoy the music, but its not necessarily a reflection of my interests. Have fun listening to them.

Hey!  Here's my latest work.  The original Greensleeves in GM MIDI format.  Be sure to let me know what you think about it.  And now after a little work, here is another version.  Its still got the same slow tempo, but now has a repeated verse and a corrected fading ending, plus a few other detectable details changed.  So here is Greensleeves II in GM MIDI format.  And while you listen, let me know what you think.

Here's yet another!  I think it even sounds better than the one Microsoft included with Windows 95.  Listen to Mozart's First Theme of the G Minor Symphony (Symphony #40) in GM MIDI format and then let me know what you think about it.

Wow; two in one day!  Sure, this is country, but check out Dwight Yoakam's A Thousand Miles From Nowhere in GM MIDI format.  Tempo too fast?  Too slow?  Does it even sound familiar?  Hey, let me know what you think about it.

One last one.  I have been working on Vivaldi's Concerto Grosso #11 in GM MIDI format for a little while, but its not complete and I could really use some feedback, so let me know what you think.

Wonder how I am doing all this?  NoteWorthy Artware.
